As a JD/MBA, Ben Morton focuses on creating value at the intersection of law, business, and technology. He also studied mathematics and psychology at Williams College, where he worked as a data analyst during his summers. Before and during graduate school, he has been building a few companies, driven by a passion for creative innovation. Ben is excited that Large Language Models now enable business-minded individuals to develop their own solutions to problems they encounter each day.
Sebastien Martin is an Assistant Professor of Operations at Kellogg with a Ph.D. from MIT and an M.Sc. from Ecole Polytechnique. Formerly a postdoctoral fellow at Lyft, he designed the company’s dispatch algorithm, significantly boosting driver revenue. Twice an Edelman Award Laureate and recipient of the George Dantzig and TLS Society dissertation awards, his research focuses on optimizing public sector operations and online platforms, including school transportation systems in Boston and San Francisco.
Robert Bray is an associate professor of operations management. He received his B.S. in industrial engineering, operations research from UC Berkeley in 2006, and his Ph.D. in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2012. His research focuses on supply chain management, dynamic programming, and empirical operations management. He grew up in Palos Verdes, CA.
